'Australias Best Cider' in Queensland, Billy B's in
A gentleman came into the cider house he had driven hundreds of miles to buy up big and his words were You make the best cider in Austalia, in fact you make the only real cider in Australia. Thorogoods cider in Queensland: Now I see...I see what all the fuss is about. We cracked your bottles over the weekend, no one was less than impressed, your whole range is awesome. Good work. I’m sure it won’t be long ‘till our next order. Cheers more of 'Australias Best Cider' in Queensland, Billy B's in

Feedback 3: Gorgeous Australian Cider
*** From Chris Stevens. Thank you- seriously good cider by the way. I'm from Somerset in the UK so I know a thing or two about cider and your products are great. Have tried every one of them and they are all good. I reckon the Apple Beer would sell like hot-cakes in the UK!*** From: Jon Wardle. Hi, I've had some of your cider. Very nice! I was wondering though. Do you do any... erm... less alcoholic ciders. I am dreadfully missing the pints I was having in the West country. I'd like to be able to do that ... more of Feedback 3: Gorgeous Australian Cider

A Cider World Tour.
In October and November of this year [2007] I flew, trained, bussed, drove and walked my way around the world with the sole objective of drinking alcohol! But there was a little more to it than that. I visited the main cider regions of the world each with their own unique ciders, Somerset and Hereford in England, Brittany and Normandy in France, Asturias and the Basque region of Northern Spain, Old Sachsenhausen in Germany and finally New England in the U.S.A.. I was on a Churchill Fellowship and the final objective was for me to bring home to Australia a ... more of A Cider World Tour.

Better Than an Apple a Day
"Better than an apple a day" - Sun Herald August 28 2006. A glass of cider may be better than an apple a day at keeping the doctor away. Researchers believe chemicals in English cider apples can protect against stroke, heart disease and cancer. They now plan to test the theory on 12 willing volunteers, who will each down a pint of cider. The scientists will check samples of their blood and urine to see if drinking scrumpy passes the disease-fighting antioxidants into the body. The compounds, called phenolics, play an important role in giving cider its taste and colour. ... more of Better Than an Apple a Day

*** Billy B's and India. I just came home from my India trip and I got a very lovely surprise: 2 bottles of your malted apple beer. And after a little bit disappointing trip to India that was a lovely homecoming. I want to thank you very much for sending these bottles to me. I will certainly share them with fellow beer enthousiast so that a lot of people can get to know your beers! *** That Cold Crisp Apple Taste. We visited your cellar door in April and bought a bottle of champagne. We got to drink it this ... more of Feedback 1: Billy B's and India
